Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Failure to follow proper Service, Maintenance or other Specifications as outlined will Void any Warranty. This includes oil change intervals with specific AFI, Inc approved oil and specifications as outlined in the product manual. No user serviceable parts and AFI, Inc is the only authorized service for American Supercharger Head Units and Products. Any Misuse, Abuse or Negligence will Void any Warranty.

Max supercharger RPM is stamped on the supercharger Head Unit serial tag and must not be exceeded or will Void any Warranty. Subject to AFI, Inc inspection of Head Unit and determination.
Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling costs. Customer may be responsible for Inspection Fee if supercharger Head Unit is not covered under Warranty conditions. Inspection Fee may be applied to repair costs.

AFI, Inc reserves the Right to review Any and All Warranty Claims to determine validity at its discretion.
Warranty applies to the Product(s) at time of purchase and are subject to change. Warranty periods on Product(s) are in effect based on the date of purchase.

All supercharger Head Units and Products are Custom and Built to Order. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. Any modifications will be subject to additional costs.

Please verify all lead times on orders and once order is placed and paid in full, there will be No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.

Payment by credit card is due at the time of placing order and will ship within 30 days. If extenuating circumstances prevent shipment time frame, then dealer will be notified as to the status of the order. Unforeseen supplier issues may result in delays. Dealer and/or Customer may contact AFI to get status of orders and updates.
